Fortis offers a range of the finest cutlery designs available, from simple to ornate, traditional to contemporary, along with speciality items such as serving spoons, forks and steak knives.

To address the full spectrum of the hospitality industry’s requirements, cutlery is available in either 18/0 or 18/10 stainless steel. The 18 refers to 18% chromium which is added to the steel mix to give it stainless properties. The 10 refers to the nickel content which provides the silvery sheen. 18/10 provides greater protection against corrosion, is rustproof and has a softer silvery sheen than 18/0. In addition to the Fortis ranges, we also represent the leading brand, Pintinox, which is available only in 18/10.
